Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in the small to mid-market sector. Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and manage relationships with SMB and Mid-market clients.
• – Leverage your expertise in SaaS and recruitment services to meet and exceed sales targets.
• – Utilize Hubspot CRM to track and optimize sales activities.
• – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
• – Identify new business opportunities and strategically engage potential clients.
• – Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospects.
• – Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• – Minimum of 3 years experience in tech sales, focusing on SMB and Mid-market.
• – At least 1 year experience in a company offering staff augmentation or recruitment services.
• – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for excellence.
• – Proficiency in Hubspot CRM or equivalent sales tools.
• – Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• – Ability to thrive in a remote work setting and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
