Job Overview:

Our client, a fast-growing beauty and ecommerce brand, is looking for a detail-oriented, flexible, and highly responsive eComm Assistant to support their web team. In this role, you will assist with digital product management, site QA, promo setup, and product launches, contributing to a seamless and optimized ecommerce experience.
Responsibilities:

• Support the Web Lead in regular site QA and testing.
• Join weekly web meetings to support across documentation and project planning.
• Support in general research tasks as we consider new web builds and tests.
• Upload new products for launches.
• Set up collections for launches.
• Complete promo setup on site, including, but not limited to, building out discount codes, promo collections, uploading applicable assets, and QA.
• Support in web project management.
• Optimize core collections weekly based on recent performance and other specified needs.

Requirements

• Must-Have:2-3 years of similar experience on another Shopify Plus website.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Comfort with all elements of the Shopify Plus Admin console, including, but not limited to, Theme Editor, collections, and product setup and duplication.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience working with developers and marketing teams.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Nice-to-Have:Comfort with other elements of Shopify, including, but not limited to, tags, metafields, and third party apps such as Rebuy.
