Frontend Developer A distance

We’re looking for a skilled hybrid Front-End Developer & UI/UX Designer to help finalize and polish the front end of our AI-powered CRM platform. The system is nearly complete but needs a strong hand to enhance its design and user experience.
About the Project

Overview: A custom-built CRM that allows clients to interact with their system via WhatsApp. Features include AI-powered chatbot communication, lead management, report generation, and more.Current Status: 99% functional – backend and features are ready, but the design needs improvement.Tech Stack: Node.js, Python, Vue.js

Responsibilities

• Audit the current front-end and design for UX/UI improvements
• Design clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for web use
• Implement those designs directly using Vue.js
• Ensure compatibility across devices and screen sizes
• Collaborate closely with the backend team and participate in short daily check-in calls (start and end of your workday)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development with Vue.js2+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in CRM, SaaS, or dashboard environments
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
• Skilled with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Ability to create and apply reusable UI components
• Strong eye for detail, layout, color, and typography
• Experience working on web apps with AI or chatbot integration is a plus
• Able to work independently and deliver fast turnarounds
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
