This role is hired as a contractor, 100% Remote and, payment in USD. English proficiency is required (C1 or above)
Junior Bookkeeper – Quickbooks Online
Job Responsibilities:
- Enters payments which are received by credit card, check and ACH
- May assist with other accounting processes not specifically related to entering payments
- Resolve problems and challenges
- Communicate with client Managers and technical staff and escalate outstanding issues when required.
- Fluency in English writing and speaking are required.
- Assists with general admin support
- Supports many facets of accounting and related tasks
Key Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in Accounting
- Must be familiar with QuickBooks Online
- Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable
