Summary:
We are currently hiring for a Part time Revenue and Sales Operations Manager who will be responsible for driving the effectiveness of the sales and revenue functions. Will respond to inbound leads with tailored, thoughtful communications, manage lead flow within the CRM, handle nurturing and follow-up, build high-impact sales decks, and support the sales team with pipeline management and revenue projections. Will also work closely with our sales and marketing teams to optimize processes, drive conversions, and provide data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve end-to-end sales and revenue operations processes, from lead generation to customer retention.
• Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and related sales tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for KPIs, pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to align goals and data.
• Ensure data integrity across all systems and processes.
• Lead territory planning, sales compensation design, and quota setting.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership through analytics and reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions for team productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, preferably in Marketing Agency or high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong).
• Proven experience building dashboards, reports, and operational processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).Strategic mindset with a bias for action and results.
