About the Role:
As our Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the orchestrator of medium to large Staff Augmentation projects, leading multi-disciplinary teams of top-tier engineers to deliver transformative products and solutions. What will I do?

Required skills and qualifications:
– Project Management Veteran: 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager, with battle-tested skills.
– IT Industry Insider: Extensive experience in the tech world, with a deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies.
– Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Leadership Virtuoso: Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating diverse teams.
– Global Communicator: Good English level, both written and spoken, for seamless interaction with international teams and clients.
– Tech Background: Past experience as a Software Engineer is a plus, adding depth to your project management toolkit.
